TCRC provides the following services specifically focused on adolescents and their families:
- Adolescent counseling and behavioral guidance
- One-on-one mentoring for adolescents facing challenges of growing up
- Tele-mentoring services for adolescents who cannot attend in person
- Parenting classes to help parents support their adolescent children
- Teacher training programs focused on adolescent development and engagement
- Awareness programs addressing adolescent issues such as addiction, peer pressure, and unhealthy relationships
- Community outreach and volunteer opportunities
All services are provided free of charge and are subject to availability. Our services are designed to support adolescents in their formative years and help them navigate the transition from childhood to responsible adulthood.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, the following eligibility criteria apply:
- Our counseling and mentoring services are primarily intended for adolescents (typically aged 10–19 years)
- Parental or guardian consent is required for all adolescents availing our services
- Parents, guardians, and educators may access parenting classes and training programs directly
- All participants must provide accurate and complete information
- Participants and their families must agree to engage in our programs in good faith
- All participants must respect the rights and dignity of others
4. Parental and Guardian Consent
Since our services are focused on adolescents, the following consent requirements apply:
- Written or verbal consent from a parent or legal guardian is mandatory before any adolescent can participate in our counseling or mentoring programs
- Parents/guardians may be involved in certain sessions as deemed appropriate by our counselors
- Parents/guardians will be informed of any safety concerns regarding their adolescent child
- Adolescents aged 18 and above may consent independently
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services (whether an adolescent, parent, guardian, or educator), you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Attend scheduled appointments punctually
- Treat staff, counselors, mentors, and other participants with respect
- Follow safety guidelines and program rules
- Notify us of any changes in contact information or circumstances
- Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
- Support the adolescent's participation and progress in the program (for parents/guardians)
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining confidentiality, especially given the sensitive nature of adolescent counseling:
- All counseling and mentoring sessions involving adolescents are strictly confidential
- Information shared by adolescents will not be disclosed without appropriate consent, except where required by law or when safety is at risk
- Parents/guardians will be kept informed in a manner that respects the adolescent's privacy and therapeutic relationship
- Staff and volunteers are bound by professional confidentiality standards
- Exceptions to confidentiality apply when there is an immediate risk of harm to the adolescent or others, or when mandated by legal requirements
7. Volunteer Agreement
Volunteers working with adolescents must agree to:
- Complete required training and background checks before engaging with adolescents
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times when interacting with adolescents
- Adhere to our code of conduct and child/adolescent protection policies
- Commit to regular participation
- Protect the privacy and dignity of all adolescents and families served
- Report any concerns about an adolescent's safety or wellbeing immediately
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and materials, is owned by TCRC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
TCRC provides services on an "as is" basis. While our counselors and mentors are trained professionals, TCRC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law. Our services are supportive in nature and do not replace professional medical or psychiatric treatment where required.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms
- Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
- Modify or discontinue programs without notice
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, especially when it concerns adolescents. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information related to adolescents and their families.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India, including applicable child and adolescent protection laws. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or through appropriate legal channels in Kozhikode.

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
