The ORC Initiative

Shri. P. Vijayan IPS, then Kozhikode City Police Commissioner, started the "Our Responsibility to Children" (ORC) initiative to address juvenile issues and child welfare.

Formation

Birth of TCRC

When the government adopted ORC, core members came together to form TCRC, continuing the mission with expanded services and dedicated focus.

TCRC now serves hundreds of children and families through counseling, mentoring, training programs, and community outreach in Kozhikode.
